  Be aware! Do not take any loved ones to this horrible place. I would rate it as 'zero' star if there is a choice. My mom was found fallen on the floor the second day she was transferred to this so called 'extended care' facility. She received 'sub-standard' care here and died after fives days of mistreatment in this facility. Most of the nurses and nurses' aids are heartless and irresponsible. The physician who took care of my mom, Dr. Lee, was directly responsible for my mom's death. They treated patients without any compassion nor dignity. I was there during my mom's stay and watched how they treated other patients terribly, not just to my mom. It was the most painful and horrifying experience that I have ever had. I regret that I listened to the case manager in Mills Peninsula Heath Center and transferred my mom to this 'dungeon' for long-term care. In stead of caring for her, they 'killed' her in five days! It was heartbroken and gut-wrenching experience, please don't send your loved ones here! If you have any loved ones here, go rescue them while you can. I really don't understand how the state or county officials could let this kind of facility continue to operate. They ought to be crackdown or shut down!
